FAQs

Q?

Do you assist with financing?

A.

You can work with your own lender to pre-qualify for bidding on and purchasing an auction property. We work with several conventional and FHA lenders and hard money lenders. Click on the FINANCING link to access our list.

Q?

Do you offer assistance with the bidding registration and on-line bidding process?

A.

Yes! Feel free to contact the Agent listed on the property page (by phone or email) with any property questions you may have. They can also help you with bidding registration and explain how the bidding process works.

Q?

Can I tour the property?

A.

A minimum of two open houses are scheduled at each property prior to the auction start date. These dates are listed on the property page. During the auction date(s), some properties will be vacant and some will be occupied. If no open house dates are listed on the property page, this usually indicates that the property is occupied and the occupant is unwilling to allow an open house to be held. If you are interested in a specific property and do not find the information you are looking for, contact the Agent listed as the contact on that property.

Q?

Q?

Can I make an offer on the property prior to the on-line auction start date?

A.

Yes! You may make an opening bid or higher offer on the auction property prior to the on-line auction start date. Contact the Agent listed on the property page to assist you with making an offer.

Q?

How do I find out if I am the winning bid?

A.
